Turn up the Heat

We recently spent some business/ pleasure time in our former home of San Jose, CA where the fruit trees are plentiful and the sun is hot. In wine country north of San Francisco, the grapes have been harvested and we snagged our share of the vine. Now we are back to the reality of Pennsylvania -- and like many of us in the northeast corridor -- we are facing our first freeze. What a difference! 

The best place to warm up in these temps are right inside the Bellapizzelle bakery. As soon as the irons heat up...well, let's just say the heat is on. 

Fresh crunchy vanilla pizzelles followed by a production run of anise makes for a toasty afternoon today. 

Rev up the irons and turn up the heat!
